Subjects are allocated by clicking on the arrows in the selected subject box to move the values between brackets on the right, to the left. All subjects are allocated when no more values between brackets remain.

Continue until all the teachers and their respective subjects have been assigned.

When all information has been put in, you may proceed to the schedule builder by pressing F9 or just follow the given on-screen instructions.
